Dr. Molly E. Griffin is the founder and medical director of Griffin Dermatology. As a board-certified dermatologist, she brings a rare blend of clinical precision and natural artistry to every patient encounter.

With over 20 years of experience in dermatology, Milanie is the heart of our front and back office operations. She has been a key member of Griffin Dermatology for more than 15 years, contributing her deep knowledge and steady leadership to ensure our practice runs smoothly every day. Milanie oversees administrative processes, coordinates with the clinical team, and supports patients throughout their visit. Her warm demeanor and long-standing relationships with patients help create the welcoming environment our practice is known for.

Alejandra Cruz Medical Assistant

Alejandra has been a valued part of the Griffin Dermatology team for over 6 years. As Dr. Griffin’s primary medical assistant, she plays an essential role in every step of the patient experience—from check-in through procedures. Alejandra’s attention to detail, calm presence, and dedication to quality care make her an integral part of our clinical team. She is passionate about helping patients feel informed, supported, and at ease during their visit.
