Dr. Molly E. Griffin is the founder and medical director of Griffin Dermatology. As a board-certified dermatologist, she brings a rare blend of clinical precision and natural artistry to every patient encounter.

With over 20 years of experience in dermatology, Milanie is the heart of our front and back office operations. She has been a key member of Griffin Dermatology for more than 15 years, contributing her deep knowledge and steady leadership to ensure our practice runs smoothly every day.

Alejandra’s attention to detail, calm presence, and dedication to quality care make her an integral part of our clinical team. She is passionate about helping patients feel informed, supported, and at ease during their visit.

Laura is often the first friendly face you’ll see when walking into Griffin Dermatology. As our front desk receptionist, she manages patient check-in, scheduling, and communications with exceptional efficiency and care.
She’s a master at managing our dynamic appointment schedule and plays a key role in keeping the office—and Dr. Griffin—running on time. Her approachable style and commitment to detail ensure a consistently positive experience for every patient.

Due to age/sun/genetics, I have developed some new bothersome tiny bumps on my forehead and eyelid (!) and after a few little procedures, I left Dr. Griffin's care very happy! I know in a couple of weeks' healing time, my skin will be back to normal - nice and smooth, which is the way I have to have it! Is it "just cosmetic"? Sure, but it's really important to me.  Over the last decade, Dr. Griffin has seen me for several different-medical dermatological issues along with cosmetics. She is both professional and personable, and I feel 100% confident in her assessments and treatment.  I have a medical HMO plan, so that means no insurance coverage for me when seeing Dr. Griffin. I pay all fees out-of-pocket, up front & in full, and I am happy to do so.

Our dermatologist died and his practice was sold to another doctor who we really didn't like, thankfully he moved on and Dr Griffin got many of his patients. We love her and soon when we are on medicare will have to give her up because she doesn't accept it. We love her. Actually we may see if we can work something out because we really don't want to go anywhere else. We also think very highly of Shannon and Mel. They are always so friendly and so helpful!
